• Built-up sections are made from hot rolled steel plates conforming to ASTM A-572, Grade 52(or equivalent), with a minimum yield strength of 36.5ICn/cm. These plates are joined together on one side of the web by a continuous automatic submerged arc welding process to produce the section required.
• Hot rolled sections are mill formed sections complying with IS 2062 (or equivalent) with a minimum yield strength of 28 Kn/cm.
• Black (non coated) cold formed sections of all thicknesses made of hot rolled plates to ASTM A-1011, Grade-50 or equivalent and will be factory painted with a Red oxide zinc chromate primer to a average of 25 micron thickness (for protection during transport to job site). Bracing rods and sag rods are made of steel bars conforming to IS 2062 or equivalent with minimum yield strength of 24.5 KN/ cm'.
• Primary structural connections are made with hot dipped galvanized, high strength bolts conforming to ASTM A-325, type 1 (or equivalent grade).
• Purlins and gins are connected to their supporting members by machine bolts conforming to ASTM A-307, electro-galvanized with a Chromate color conversion coating (or equivalent).
• Anchor bolts are made of MS rods conforming to 1S2062 or equivalent with minimum yield strength of 24.5 Kn/cm'
• Roof and wall panels are fastened by self drilling self tapping screw with EPDM washer confirming to AS 3566 class 3 requirements for the corrosion resistance.
• Non-Metals-Sky and wall lights are made of translucent white acrylic modified, Ultra Violet stabilized, fiber glass panels and provide same coverage as panel width with a maximum length of 3250 mm. Profile of light panels matches that of the roof/wall panels.
• Closure strips shall match the sheeting profile, and be made of expanded polyurethane or similar material.
• Adhesive sealing tapes are made of an elastomeric butyl rubber based extruded sealant on silicone release paper.

• Door leafs shall be covered with 0.5 mm pre-painted EW panel. Panel ribs shall run vertically.
• Door leafs shall be suspended form a trolley rail track, supported by a structural header.
• Doors shall be bottom guided by a 2 mm minimum thickness steel rail rack and covered at top by a frost White pre-painted sheet hood.
• Sliding door standard sizes shall be 3000 mm, 4000 mm and 5000 mm wide double slide, with nominal heights of 3500 mm, 4500 mm 5000 mm or 5500 mm.
• Roll up doors shall be manual or electrically chain operated (as noted below).

Standard door sizes shall be:

• Doors shall be complete with guides, axle, curtain, and operating mechanism.
• Louvers shall be complete with S type fixed blades made of 0.5 mm thick galvanized sheets.
